Match’d Mentoring
Our mentoring program connects Communication professionals at all phases of their journey with a mentor, offering encouragement and direction to help mentees understand their untapped capacity and accomplish individual and expert objectives.
Ultimately, our goal is to nurture and inspire the next generation of diverse communicators with their career goals and challenges so that they can have a successful trajectory within the industry.
The Process

Open Enrollment
During open enrollment, interested mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to apply for the next cohort. The application questions are tailored to support mutually beneficial matches. The program lasts for 12 weeks and involves weekly mentoring sessions + ad-hoc discretionary support.

Match'ing
Mentees will be matched with mentors based on on various factors including: area of expertise, industry, and skills they are looking to strengthen . Once matched mentors and mentees will be given instructions on how to connect and be required to participate in a orientation session.

Program
The program entails weekly one-hour syncs between mentors and mentees. Participants will receive a program guide and bi-weekly newsletters to support development as well as a series of mentorship-only social events to connect with other cohort participants!
What The Perfect Match Looks Like:
Mentors
Identify as a Communications professional
Able to make a 12 week commitment to your mentee (you’ll be expected to sync once a week for at least an hour)
A strong desire to give back by kindly and compassionately sharing your wisdom and experience
Must live in the US (we will be expanding to an international program soon)
Mentees
Identify as an aspiring Communications professional
Interested in pursuing a career in Communications, or be < 5 years into the field
Able to make a 12 week commitment to your mentor (you’ll be expected to sync once a week for at least an hour)
Willingness to work towards goals with your mentor
Must live in the US (we will be expanding to an international program soon)
