MOSAIC: Unlocking Future Communications Leaders
At PR Girl Manifesto, we believe the communications industry should reflect the diversity of the world around us. That's why we're excited to launch MOSAIC - a paid career readiness fellowship program designed to open doors for college students and recent graduates from underestimated backgrounds who aspire to careers in public relations, marketing, and communications.
The Opportunity
MOSAIC provides a transformative 10-week experience that immerses fellows in the fast-paced world of communications. Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to industry leaders, fellows will develop the skills, network, and confidence to launch fulfilling careers.
Who Is The Program For?
MOSAIC will be open to rising college juniors and seniors from underrepresented and non-traditional backgrounds who are passionate about communications. This includes students from HBCU’s, first-generation college students, and those with “unconventional” academic or professional paths.
